I’m Kennedy Hearn. I’m a freshman in college at Texas State University and I’m currently an Electronic Media major and I plan on entering the film industry to work in production. I am very passionate for film although I am just starting out and I constantly strive to do better with my work and to learn more about the film industry as well as some of the other things I am interested in. When I’m not attending classes, doing classwork, or doing research on cameras and editing software, I like to learn Korean. I got interested in the language when I was a sophomore in high school because I thought the language was interesting and a challenge. I wasn’t wrong about the challenge part as it has definitely been a struggle to teach myself a new language but it’s something I take pride in. I tend to apply that same determination to learn and improve in most aspects of my life so I generallu attempt to perfect most of the work I do, aiming to make it as good as I can. If I am unhappy with how something turns out, I look at what I could’ve done better and I work hard to learn more and improve my skills.
